Please treat all items with care as they are handmade and delicate. We recommend storing your jewelry in a closed bag or box when not in use. Keep jewelry away from moisture and harsh chemicals. Let perfume and lotions dry before wearing jewelry. Recommend removing jewelry before working out, swimming, showering, and going to bed. Take extra care around perspiration, saltwater, chlorine, perfume and lotions, as they can tarnish jewelry faster. 

Clean jewelry with mildly sudsy water, rinse well and pat dry with a non-scratching cloth. You can polish sterling silver pieces with a jewelry polishing cloth.

For all returns and exchanges, please email info@mikialahawaii.com We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of receipt on all unworn jewelry. Return requests after 7 days will not be honored.

All custom and sale pieces are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
